Cancellations

Because of the work, and costs involved in the preparation for Alaska's short travel season, there are penalties applied should you need to cancel your trip. Some problems, like bad weather, air traffic delays, and mechanical issues, are hard to predict and often beyond your control. Because of this, we highly recommend you arrange travel insurance in case you need to cancel for an unexpected reason to cover non-refundable deposits.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS:

• When booking your stay, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required.

• 90 days before your expected arrival, the remaining portion of your booking is due. Should you give notice of cancellation after the 90 days, you will forfeit the entire cost of the booking.
